Sarah and Paul had a summer wedding at the historic Cafe Brauer in Lincoln Park. The day started with the bride and groom getting ready separately at the Park Hyatt Chicago. A suite gave us a little patio for the two to have a first look without the usual commotion of Michigan Avenue. From there, we headed to portraits at the Art Institute’s south gardens and Chicago Board of Trade on LaSalle Street.
Next we made our way back to Lincoln Park for a wonderful ceremony on the upstairs patio of Cafe Brauer. The party was held in the ballroom and it’s one of my favorite venues in the city. The building was built in 1908 and you can feel the history when you are inside it. It always makes for memorable nights. Overall, a perfect summer wedding with a fun and genuinely nice couple. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your day, Sarah and Paul!
